1. Strictly Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use UniteElements products, source codebases, or APIs for any of the following activities:
- Developing, distributing, or embedding malicious software, spyware, keyloggers, botnets, or ransomware.
- Operating phishing schemes, credit card fraud rings, identity theft campaigns, or unauthorized surveillance.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities in the UniteElements infrastructure, API rate limiters, or license validation clusters.
- Automated mass-scraping of product downloads, user profiles, or proprietary developer documentation.
- Tampering with cryptographic validation tokens, creating unauthorized key generators, or running bypass proxies.
2. Enforcement & Account Termination
UniteElements reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account, revoke associated cryptographic license keys, and bar access to software download repositories upon detecting any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Reporting Abuse or Security Incidents
If you discover any malicious activity, unauthorized distribution of UniteElements codebases, or security vulnerabilities, please submit an urgent report to our Security Operations team via Priority Support Desk or email [email protected].
