• Banking & Gateway Latency: In rare cases involving UPI bank transfers or international fraud verification, payment gateways may take several minutes to settle and notify our webhook. Delivery executes automatically once confirmed.
• Typo in Email Address: If you accidentally mistyped your email during guest checkout, open an emergency ticket at https://uniteelements.com/my-account/support/ with your transaction ID, and our team will update your account credentials.

We do not restrict customers to single-download links:

• Lifetime Dashboard Storage: You can log into your account and re-download your purchased product files at any time during the active term of your license.
• Security Patches & Updates: Whenever a new version or security update is released, the latest build is immediately made available for download in your dashboard and via the in-dashboard WordPress update mechanism.
• Local Backup Recommendation: We strongly advise maintaining an offline archival copy of your downloaded software package in your own secure developer storage.

To protect genuine cardholders from unauthorized credit card use and fraud, our automated gateway security engine may occasionally flag an order for manual risk review.
