1. Scope & Purpose of this Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the mandatory rules and security standards governing the access, installation, integration, and utilization of digital software products, WordPress themes, plugins, developer SaaS suites, APIs, account portals, project delivery workspaces, and server infrastructures operated by UniteElements (operated by Jyotirmay Ray (Individual), Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India).

By creating an account, downloading code packages, activating software license keys, or sending programmatic requests to our APIs, you (“Customer”, “Developer”, “Licensee”, or “User”) agree to comply with this AUP alongside our Terms & Conditions, License Agreement, and Privacy Policy.

๐Ÿ’ก Universal Applicability: This policy applies to all visitors, registered accounts, API consumers, enterprise clients, and third-party developers interfacing with any service or repository under the uniteelements.com network.

UniteElements architectures and digital products are created to help software developers, digital agencies, entrepreneurs, and enterprise creators build, launch, and manage scalable web platforms. Permitted activities include:

  • Production Deployments: Installing, customizing, and hosting purchased themes, plugins, and templates on client or proprietary domains within the boundaries of your active license tier.
  • Developer API Integration: Connecting applications, automated deployment pipelines, and CI/CD workflows to UniteElements REST APIs for license activation, verification, and entitlement checks.
  • Delivery Workspace Collaboration: Utilizing customer dashboard project workspaces, deliverable tracking modules, and milestone review systems for legitimate client handovers.
  • Ecosystem Participation: Publishing verified developer profiles, agency credentials, and project inquiries within our ecosystem directories in good faith.
๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ

3. Infrastructure & Network Security Standards

Maintaining the resilience, security, and uptime of our platform and partner networks is critical. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that compromises our infrastructure:

  • Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS): Initiating, facilitating, or participating in packet floods, connection exhaustion, slowloris attacks, or automated spikes designed to impair server responsiveness.
  • Unauthorized Vulnerability Probing: Performing port scans, stress tests, fuzzing, penetration tests, or security scanning against uniteelements.com or our origin servers without prior written authorization from our engineering team.
  • Malware & Exploit Propagation: Storing, transmitting, distributing, or injecting computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, logic bombs, ransomware, or cryptomining scripts through our platform or customer portals.
  • Authentication Bypasses: Exploiting, circumventing, or manipulating session tokens, CSRF tokens, cryptographic nonces, headers, or cookies to gain unauthorized elevated privileges.

โš ๏ธ Immediate Termination: Any detected malicious penetration or unauthorized exploitation of our cloud systems will trigger instant account termination, firewall blacklisting, and reporting to relevant cybercrime authorities.

4. Software Integrity & Anti-Piracy

UniteElements actively defends its proprietary source code, intellectual property, and licensing architecture. Under no circumstances are you permitted to:

  • Reverse Engineering & Decompilation: Decompile, decrypt, disassemble, or reverse engineer any compiled binaries, proprietary licensing modules, or obfuscated assets included in our software packages, except to the extent specifically allowed by mandatory applicable law or underlying open-source GPL licenses.
  • Circumvention of Licensing Controls: Modifying, patching, or stripping licensing telemetry, validation checks, domain activation routines, or entitlement verifications to operate software without a valid, paid license key.
  • Nulled & Cracked Distribution: Uploading, mirroring, repackaging, or distributing UniteElements themes, plugins, or software builds to warez forums, torrent networks, telegram channels, or “nulled” script download portals.
  • Unauthorized Market Resale: Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing standalone UniteElements code packages on freelance platforms, digital download marketplaces, or peer-to-peer file hosts.

For more detailed information regarding software ownership and anti-piracy enforcement, please review our License Agreement and DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy.

5. Developer APIs & Fair Use Rate Limits

To guarantee high availability and prevent resource exhaustion, all programmatic access to UniteElements REST APIs, microservices, and webhook listeners is subject to the following automated Fair Use Rate Limits:

Endpoint Type Rate Limit / Ceiling Enforcement Action Standard Intended Use
License Activation & Validation 60 requests / minute per key HTTP 429 Too Many Requests (Exponential Backoff) Site deployments, automated staging checks, CI/CD builds.
Customer Workspace REST API 120 requests / minute per user Token throttling + temporary circuit breaker Portal interaction, milestone reviews, task synchronizations.
Public Catalog & Discovery 30 requests / minute per IP Temporary IP block (5-minute cooloff) Product catalog search, manual customer browsing.
LeadHub & Form Webhooks 30 submissions / minute per key Payload rejection + security verification challenge Inbound lead capture and authorized CRM webhooks.

Prohibited API Behaviors

  • Aggressive Scraping: Using headless browsers, automated bots, or spiders to systematically harvest pricing structures, customer directory profiles, code samples, or catalog metadata.
  • Unthrottled Concurrent Loops: Launching multi-threaded, parallelized scripts without respecting rate-limit response headers (Retry-After, X-RateLimit-Remaining).
  • Credential / Token Sharing: Embedding raw API tokens in publicly accessible frontend client-side code or public source repositories.
๐Ÿ”

6. Account Integrity & Credential Security

Account holders bear primary responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of their login credentials and operational environments:

  • Credential Protection: You must maintain strong passwords and safeguard multi-factor authentication devices, private keys, and API secrets. You are liable for all actions conducted through your authenticated account.
  • Seat & License Compliance: Standard licenses and single-user accounts are strictly non-transferable and may not be shared across multiple non-affiliated entities unless an explicit Agency or Multi-Seat Enterprise tier has been acquired.
  • Identity Veracity: You may not register accounts using disposable throwaway email services, false corporate names, stolen credit cards, or deceptive identity markers.
  • Immediate Incident Disclosure: If you identify or suspect that your account credentials, license keys, or API tokens have been compromised, you must immediately report the incident through our Support Desk to enable token rotation.
๐Ÿค

7. Community Conduct & Collaboration

When participating in UniteElements collaboration hubs, project workspaces, developer directory listings, support forums, or feedback channels, users must maintain professional, respectful decorum:

  • Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Defamation, threatening language, hate speech, abusive communication, or discriminatory remarks targeted at our staff, creators, or fellow customers will result in an immediate permanent ban.
  • No Unsolicited Commercial Outreach: Sending unsolicited mass promotional communications, cold email pitches, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized advertising within workspace chat modules or member directories is strictly forbidden.
  • Authenticity in Listings: Developers and agencies showcasing portfolios or project offers must accurately represent their bona fide capabilities, credentials, past work, and client reviews.

8. Prohibited High-Risk & Unlawful Deployments

UniteElements software, frameworks, themes, plugins, and developer tools may NOT be installed on, integrated with, or deployed to support websites or digital services that facilitate:

  • Phishing & Deception: Creating deceptive clone sites, counterfeit financial portals, or social engineering schemes designed to harvest login credentials or banking details.
  • Illegal Content: Publishing or disseminating Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual imagery, terrorist propaganda, or incitement to violence.
  • Fraudulent Financial Operations: Operating Ponzi schemes, unauthorized multi-level marketing (MLM), unlicensed crypto-asset scams, or dark-web trading platforms.
  • Controlled Substances & Weapons: Unregulated distribution of controlled narcotics, illegal firearms, or counterfeit merchandise.
  • Statutory Violations: Any operation that breaches the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India, international sanctions regimes, or local statutory laws governing your jurisdiction.
๐Ÿ“Š

9. Telemetry, Monitoring & Auditing

To protect platform security, enforce license parameters, and safeguard our builder network, UniteElements utilizes automated logging and monitoring protocols:

  • Automated Infrastructure Logging: We monitor API request rates, error codes, HTTP status frequencies, and license activation origins to prevent abuse.
  • Security Telemetry: Anomaly detection engines flag credential stuffing, sudden traffic floods, and repeated failed authentication attempts.
  • Respect for Tenant Data: Our monitoring and telemetry services do not inspect, store, or read the private application databases, customer records, or content hosted on your independent WordPress web servers.
โš–๏ธ

10. Enforcement, Suspension & Revocation

We believe in transparent, equitable enforcement. Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy trigger progressive enforcement actions based on the severity of the conduct:

Severity Level Typical Trigger Enforcement Response Resolution Path
Tier 1 โ€” Minor / Technical API rate limit exceedance, improper webhook retry loop Temporary HTTP 429 throttling; rate-limiting applied. Automatic reset once traffic conforms to rate thresholds.
Tier 2 โ€” Administrative License seat overallocation, invalid profile data, mild spam Formal warning issued via email; 48-hour cure notice. Resolution via compliance ticket or seat upgrade.
Tier 3 โ€” Critical / Malicious Software cracking, nulled distribution, DDoS, malware injection, fraud Immediate permanent account ban; complete license revocation; IP firewall block. Permanent forfeiture without refund; potential civil or criminal legal action.

โš ๏ธ Forfeiture of Refunds: Under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, any customer account terminated or license revoked due to willful violations of this Acceptable Use Policy is strictly ineligible for a refund.
