UniteElements is an independent software business operated by Jyotirmay Ray (Individual proprietor), based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

All commercial transactions, software distribution, cryptographic license generation, and digital entitlements managed under the UniteElements brand are administered under the governing laws of the State of Odisha and the Republic of India.

To purchase products and access your downloads, cryptographic license keys, and order history, you must maintain an active customer account on UniteElements.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract under applicable law.
• Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and registration. Providing fraudulent or stolen credentials will lead to immediate account termination.
• Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password, as well as for all activities conducted under your account.
• Account Transfers: Accounts and purchased licenses may not be transferred, leased, or assigned to third parties without prior written authorization from UniteElements.

UniteElements specializes in high-performance digital software products, including:

License Terms Vary by Product:

• Each product is distributed with specific license terms as displayed on its respective product or checkout page (such as Single-Site License, Developer / Agency License, or Unlimited License).
• Source Code Rights: While customers receive complete, unminified source code for eligible software products to facilitate customization and deployment, copyright and intellectual property rights remain with UniteElements and its licensors.
• No Redistribution: You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, share publicly via torrents or repository links, or republish our source code as standalone templates or plugins.

Prices & Currencies: All prices listed on UniteElements are in Indian Rupees (INR) and/or United States Dollars (USD), as indicated on the store catalog. We reserve the right to revise prices, discontinue products, or run promotional discounts at any time without prior notice.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed directly through certified, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. UniteElements never stores, processes, or captures your credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials on our local servers.

Direct Checkout / Zero Platform Fee: We do not charge hidden platform surcharges or handling fees. The price shown at final review represents the net product cost, plus any statutory taxes applicable to your billing address.

Because all products sold on UniteElements are digital software assets, no physical items will be shipped to your postal address.

• Instant Provisioning: Upon successful transaction confirmation by our payment gateway, your order is automatically provisioned.
• Access Points: You will immediately receive a purchase confirmation email containing your verified order details, cryptographic license keys, and direct ZIP download links. You can also access downloads at any time via your Customer Dashboard.
• Re-downloads: Active license holders are granted ongoing access to re-download the latest builds and security patches during the valid term of their license.

Due to the irrevocable and non-returnable nature of downloadable digital software, themes, plugins, and instant cryptographic keys:

• General Policy: As a default rule, all sales are final and non-refundable once product files or license keys have been downloaded, viewed, or generated.
• Product-Specific Terms: Refund eligibility criteria may vary from product to product as clearly stated on each individual product details page.
• Smart Defect Protection: If a product is proven to contain a critical bug that prevents its core advertised functionality, and our senior engineering team is unable to provide a working patch or resolution within 7 business days of an authorized support ticket submission, a refund or store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.

When interacting with our Website, customer portal, software files, and API endpoints, you strictly agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, bypass, tamper with, or hack the cryptographic license activation and verification protocols.
• Upload, distribute, or share UniteElements digital products on “nulled”, warez, or file-sharing websites.
• Use our products, templates, or APIs for any unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Execute automated crawling, excessive API bombardment, DDoS attacks, or vulnerability scanning against our infrastructure.
• Impersonate UniteElements, Jyotirmay Ray, or any member of our staff in commercial dealings with your own end-clients.

We are dedicated to providing timely, developer-grade support to verified license holders through our official support channels:

Scope of Standard Support:

• Assistance with software installation, license activation, and built-in theme/plugin configuration.
• Diagnosis and fixing of verified bugs, fatal errors, or regressions within our original, unmodified codebase.
• Software updates and compatibility patches for newer WordPress and PHP versions.

Excluded from Standard Support: Deep custom code modifications, third-party plugin conflicts not caused by UniteElements code, and unoptimized server hosting environments.

Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, all software, products, themes, plugins, documentation, and services are provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UniteElements disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that our software will operate uninterrupted, bug-free, error-free, or fully compatible with all third-party hosting, plugins, or browsers.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, sample data, or documentation provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall UniteElements, Jyotirmay Ray, or any associated contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of business profits, revenue, or contracts.
• Loss of data, corrupted databases, or website downtime.
• Cost of procurement of substitute goods or development services.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. UniteElements reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and revoke your digital licenses without notice if:

• You violate any material provision of these Terms or the Software License Agreement.
• You engage in fraudulent transactions, piracy, or unauthorized distribution of our source code.
• You initiate an unjustified chargeback against your payment.

Upon termination, your rights to receive software updates, access downloads, and obtain technical support shall cease immediately.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

You irrevocably agree that the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of UniteElements products.
